2025 CWAA Annual Convention
The 88th Annual Convention of the Cotton Warehouse Association of America will be held June 4 - 7, 2025 at the beautiful Mirror Lake Inn Resort and Spa, located at 77 Mirror Lake Drive in Lake Placid, NY.
The convention is a great opportunity to reconnect with old friends in the industry and build new relationships with the members and guests of CWAA. Keep checking back to this page as we will be posting more details about the meeting as they are confirmed.

Lodging Information
The Mirror Lake Inn Resort and Spa is located directly on the lake and just one block from Main Street. It has been ranked as the #2 Most Beautiful Lakeside Hotel in the Country, and awarded the AAA Four Diamond Award of Excellence for over three decades.
Making Reservations
A room block has been negotiated with The Mirror Lake Inn at a rate of $199/night on weekdays and $249/night on weekends.
The Mirror Lake Inn Resort does not have an online portal for reservations. Please contact the hotel directly at 518-302-3030 (Stephanie Lange) and ask for our group (CWAA) rate. Alternately, you may contact Jill (jill@combest-sell.com or 806-577-7193) and she can assist you.The reservation portal and group room rate will be available until May 16, 2025.
If you are planning on arriving prior to the meeting or staying after, the special room rates are valid 3 days before and 3 days after the meeting, based on availability.
The deadline to make your reservations with the discounted room rate is Friday, May 16, 2025.

Cotton Classic Golf Tournament
This year's Cotton Classic Golf Tournament will be at the Whiteface Club and Resort located at 373 Whiteface Inn Lane.
The Whiteface Club and Resort is an award winning 18 hole, par 71 golf course that dates back to 1898.
With the Adirondack Mountains and pristine Lake Placid as its backdrop, the artistically designed course offers novices and pros alike a rewarding day.
The cost to play in the Cotton Classic Tournament is $190. Golf carts, practice balls and boxed lunches will be provided for golfers.
Golf club rental is available (at your own cost) for $45 + tax.
The tournament will be played in a four player scramble format with teams grouped evenly by handicap. Prizes will be awarded to the top teams, as well as individuals posting the longest drive and closest to the hole.
Golf Course Dress Code
Proper attire for the the Whiteface Golf Club is as follows:
- Collared shirts (or mock/full turtleneck or mock neck for men)
- Tailored shorts, pants, skirts, or capris for both men and women
- Denim, athletic shorts, tank tops, and similar casual wear are not permitted
Getting To The Mirror Lake Resort
The Mirror Lake Inn Resort and Spa is about 2 hours from both Albany International Airport (ALB) and Burlington International Airport (BTV). ALB hosts Delta, jetBlue, Southwest, United, and American Airlines. BTV hosts Breeze, Delta, Frontier, Sun Country, United, and American Airlines. Railway access via AmTrak's Adirondack route is available from Albany-Rensselaer Station (ALB) in Albany, NY, with tickets that include a shuttle ride to Lake Placid direct from the Westport Station (WSP).
